Project Healthy Bones is a 24-week exercise and education program for older women and men at risk for, or who have, osteoporosis. The program includes exercises that target the body’s larger muscle groups to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Take advantage of the wide range of craft tools and supplies at our Makerspace such as the heat press, Cricut, mug press, button maker, and sublimation printer. PATRONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING THEIR OWN DESIGN OR IMAGE . Staff will not imagineer a design for you. Please have your design and ideas prepared and ready to share before scheduling
